Article 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Washington County," sub-title "Fences," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
Endorsed : "Reported unfavorably from Select Com-
mittee, and report adopted."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendmerts section 94, of Article 12, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Garrett County," sub-
title "Election Districts," and to add a new section
thereto to come in after section 94, and to be known
as "94 A."
Endorsed : "Reported unfavorably from Select Com-
mittee, and report adopted."

House bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of fer-
mented, spirituous liquors or lager beer within a radius
of one and a half miles from the point of crossing of
the Baltimore and Yorktown Turnpike and the
Northern Central Railway, at Parkton, in Balti-
more county.
