Said bill was then returned to the Senate.
Mr. Hill moved to suspend the rules in order to put
upon its third reading and final passage,
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Maryland Title Insurance and Trust Company, in-
corporated by an Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1884,
chapter 425.
The House refused to suspend the rules by yeas and
nays, as follows:
