Mr. Bryan submitted the following as a substitute
for the report of the Committee as amended, viz:
"That a copy of the assessment law be furnished
each Assessor of this State at a cost not to exceed two
hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary."
Which was rejected.
On motion, the original order as amended by the
Committee, was indefinitely postponed.
Mr. Carter moved to suspend the rules, in order to
allow the Committee on the Judiciary to report
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 227, of Article 93, of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Tes-
tamentary Law," sub-title "Orphans' Court."
The rules were suspended (two-thirds of all the
members voting in the affirmative) by yeas and nays,
as follows:
