Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
Mr. Carter moved to suspend the rules in order to
allow the Committee on the Judiciary to report
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 77, of Article 5, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Appeals and Errors,"
sub-title "Appeals in Criminal Cases."
The rules were suspended, (two-thirds of all the
members elect) voting in the affirmative, by yeas and
nays, as follows:
