1524 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Apl. 4,
titled an Act to repeal sections 100, 101, 102 and 103,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "St. Mary's
County," sub-title "Roads," and to enact the follow-
ing sections in lieu thereof, to be designated as "Sec-
tions 100, 101, 102, 103 and 103 A."
We respectfully request your Honorable Body to
recede from said amendments, and herewith return
said bill.

Mr. McSherry moved to suspend the rules in order
to introduce the following leave :
Leave to the Committee on Ways and Means to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to meet the additional expenses of the Legis-
lature of Maryland, for the session of 1892.
The rules were suspended, (two-thirds of all the
members-elect) voting in the affirmative, by yeas and
nays, as follows:
