be adopted and bill passed.
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 1, line 3, after the word "pay," insert the
words "John C. Boessel."
Also,
In same section, strike out after the word "pay," in
line 3, all down to and including the figures "1892," in
line 4.
On motion of Mr. Carter,
The same were adopted.
Mr. Joyce submitted the f oil o wing proposed amend-
ment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out all after the words "a bill," in title, and
insert the following in lieu thereof:
"Entitled an Act to appropriate the sum of one
hundred dollars to pay the claim of John C. Boessel "
Which was adopted.
Said bill, as amended, was then passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.—Messrs. Speaker, Combs, Garner,
Brashears, Donaldson, Hutchins, Sappington, of
Anne Arundel, Ireland, Lane, Carrico, Maddox, Or-

Said bill was then ordered to be re engrossed and
.sent to the Senate.
Senate bill entitled an Act to pay the claim of James
M. Munroe, late State's Attorney for Anne Arundel
county, for services rendered the State.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
