Said bill was then returned to the Senate.
Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate the sum
of two hundred dollars to pay the claim of John C
Boessel,
Was considered on its third reading.
On motion of Mr. Carter,
The House resolved itself into a
COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE HOUSE,
to consider said bill.
The Speaker called Mr. Laird to the Chair,
When said bill was considered.
Mr. Carter submitted the following proposed amend-
ments:
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 1, line 3, after the word "pay," insert the
words "John C. Boessel."
Also,
In same section, strike out after the word "pay,"
in line 3, all down to and including the figures "1892,"
in line 4.
Which were adopted.
