Gentlemen of the Senate :
We have received your message proposing, with the
concurrence of your Honorable Body, that the
Speaker of the House and President of the Senate,
be authorized to make an appointment of a person" as
a watchman in the Annex to the State Capital, as
well as watchman for the Committee Rooms situated
therein, and to perform such other duties as may be
required by the Speaker and the President aforesaid,
and we respectfully concur therein.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the
Senate.
