ORDERS.
Mr. Sams submitted the following order:
Ordered, That the State Printer print and bind in
pamphlet form five thousand copies of the Assessment
Bill, if the same is signed by the Governor, the said
pamphlets to be delivered to the State Librarian for,
the use of the members of the House and Senate, and
the sum of five hundred dollars is hereby appropri-
ated to pay for the same, to be taken out of the ap-
propriation for printing.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Printing.
Mr. Carter submitted the following order, viz:
Ordered, That the Committee on Claims pay to
Noble L. Mitchell ($25) twenty-five dollars, for clerical
services rendered the Committee on the Judiciary.
