Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
As the present session of the General Assembly will
terminate by constitutional limitation, on Monday,
April 4th, midnight, we propose that a Joint Com-
mittee, to bo composed of two members of the Senate
and three of the House, be appointed to wait upon the
Governor for the purpose of communicating this fact,
and ascertaining whether he has any further commu-
nication to make.
We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Wootton and Wirt.

We have received your message proposing, as the
present session of the General Assembly will terminate
by Constitutional limitation on Monday, April 4th, at
midnight, that a Joint Committee, to be composed of
two members of the Senate and three members of the
House, be appointed to wait upon the Governor for
the purpose of communicating this fact, and ascer-
taining whether he has any further communication to
make, and we respectfully concur therein.
