The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
House bill entitled an Act to divide Crisfield Elec-
tion District' in Somerset county, Maryland, and to
lay out and establish a new election district in said
county.
Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably from Select Com-
mittee, and report adopted."
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the appoint-
ment of one assistant engineer for each of the steamers
of the State Fishery Force.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.
