Chapter 288. An Act sanctioning the bequest of
John Young, of C., to the Evangelical Luthern Church
of Frederick.
Chapter 290. An Act to carry into effect section 1,
of Article 7, of the Constitution of Maryland, so far
as the same relates to Carroll county, and to repeal
section 18, of Article 7, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
Chapter 291. An Act to repeal section 14, of Article
25, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "County
Commissioners," so far as the same relates to Talbot
county, and to repeal section 31, of Article 21, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Talbot County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners Compensation,"
and to re-enact the last named section with amend-
ments, so as to fix the terms and compensation of the
said commissioners.
Chapter 241. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section- 205, of Article 16, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title ''Chancery," sub-title
"Trustee."
Chapter 237. An Act to refund to William M. Davis,
administrator of Peter L. Davis, late of Worcester
county, the sum of 853.28, taxes paid in error into the
State Treasury.
Chapter 292. An Act sanctioning the bequest of
Savilla Bankert, late of Carroll county, deceased, to
the trustees of Saint Matthew's congregation of Pleas-
ant Valley, in said countv.
Chapter 242. An Act to authorize and require the
County Commissioners of Washington county to re-
fund to Martin L. Byers, Benjamin R. Rench, Samuel
Poffenberger and Benjamin F. Eshleman, certain
moneys paid by them as endorsers for George W.
Pole, late tax collector for said county.
Chapter 240. An Act to incorporate the town of
Hurlock, in Dorchester county.
Chapter 256. An Act to repeal section 100, 101 and
103, of Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Fraud," sub-title "Fruit and Vegetable Pack-
ing."
