Chapter 300. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 3, of chapter 538, of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Elections,"
as enacted by the Act of 1890.
Chapter 278. An Act to repeal sections 2, 5, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 20 A, 21, 28, 33 and 34, of Arti-
cle 72, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Oysters," and to re-enact the same with amendments
and to add certain new sections to said Article to fol-
low in proper order the respective sections in order of
precedence, and to be designated as "Sections 20 B,
20 C, 20 D, 20 E, 20 F, 20 G, 20 H and 21 A."
Chapter 282. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 16, of Article 54, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Land Office," relating to
the indexing of certain land records and extracts of
deeds.
Chapter 283. An Act to repeal section 81, of Article
11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Frederick
County," sub-title "County Commissioners," and to
re enact the same with amendments.
Chapter 287. An Act to amend section 258, of Arti-
cle 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to
the lien of livery stable keepers in Frederick city
and also to add additional sections thereto,
Chapter 284. An Act to authorize the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to levy special assessments
upon property binding on any street, lane or alley,
and which may have been graded, paved or curbed.
Chapter 285. An Act to repeal sections 165 and
167, of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Prince George's County," sub-title "Hyatts-
ville," and to add to said title and sub title a new
section providing for the making of special assess-
ments, to be known as "Secticn 166 A."
Chapter 286. An Act to add a new section to Article
4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ''City of
Baltimore," sub-title "Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore," to come in after section 31, and to be
called "Section 31 A."
Chapter 289. An Act to add a section to Article 4
of the Code of Public Laws, title "City of Balti-
