adding a sub-section thereto.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Schlaffer reported unfavorably from Select Com-
mittee,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Judges of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county
to purchase law books for the use of its public law
library, and to provide for payment of the cost of the
same.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Anderson, from Select Committee, reported un-
favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 138, of
Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Somerset County," sub title "Liquor and Intoxi-
cating Drinks," as amended by chapter 257, of the
Acts passed at the January Session, 1890, so far as the
same applies to Princess Anne District No. 1.
Mr. Brennan moved to substitute the bill for the
unfavorable report.
Mr. Brennan demanded the yeas and nays.
The demand was sustained.
The yeas and nays were called and appeared as
follows:
