Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws entitled "Crimes and Punishments," to be
entitled an Act providing for the safety of persons
traveling on railroads, requiring' railroads to operate
telegraph or telephone service along their lines, to be
designated sections 485, 486 and 487.
