mands that participated in said battle,

House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 56, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Licenses,"
sub-title "Traders," by adding an additional section
to follow immediately after section 54 B, and to be
called "Section 54 C."
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to increase the salaries
of the Judges of this State.
Which was read a second time.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to establish an Asylum
for the Insane of the State of Maryland.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Joyce, from the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
Electric Light and Railway Company of Baltimore
county.
Which was read a first time.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 15, chapter 598, of the Acts of 1890, entitled
an Act to amend the charter of the Loan, Trust,
Security and Insurance Company of Harford connty,
and to enlarge its powers, &c.
Which was read a second time.
Also, reported back to the House,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 7, of Article 77, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Public Education,"
sub title "Chapter 2, Formation of Boards."
With recommendation that said bill be referred to
Committee on Education.
