1378 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Apl. 1,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Charles county to issue bonds bear-
ing interest not exceeding five per cent per annum, to
raise money to pay off the portion of bonded in-
debtedness of said county, occurring under the Act
of Assembly of 1882, chapter 454, and to levy and
collect the necessary taxes for the payment of said
bonds and the interest thereon.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:
