House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint delegates from the several Congressional
Districts of this State to the National Road Congress
or Convention, composed of delegates from the sev-
eral States of the Union, soon to be held in the city
of Pittsburg, in the State of Pennsylvania, and to ap-
propriate a sum of money to defray the personal ex-
penses of said delegates.
