with amendments new section 130, of Article 33, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Elections," as re-enacted by the Act of 1890, chap-
ter 538.
Which were severally read a second time, and or-
dered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Electric Light and Power Company.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with proposed amendments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
In line 18 of section 1, strike out the words "and
Cecil county," and insert in lieu thereof "Maryland."
In line 6 of section 5, strike out the words "and
Cecil county."
In line 10 of section 5, strike out the words "when.
within the town of Elkton."
In section 5, strike out all after the word "pre-
scribe," in line 11 thereof.
