of licenses for the sale of spirituous or fermented
liquors or lager beer at any place within two miles in
every direction of Brunswick, in Frederick county,
With recommendation that said bill be referred to
the Frederick County Delegation.

Mr. Gallagher, from the Committee on Inspections,
reported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 53, of Article 72, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Oysters," sub-title
"Packing Oysters."

Mr. Joyce, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Cumber-
land Valley Railroad Company to connect with the
Chesapeake and Ohio Canal, at or near Powell's Bend,
where its railroad bridge crosses said Canal and the
Potomac River.
Which was read a second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
