FRANK BROWN, ESQUIRE, GOVERNOR.
erected in said city, aud the ordinance regulating the con-
struction and inspection of building's in said city, passed by
the Council and approved by the Mayor, October 23rd, 1891,
be and the same is hereby authorized and legalized, in the
same manner as if full authority had been giveu by the
General Assembly for the passage of the same prior to its
enactment.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, that this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
Approved February 26th, 1892.

CHAPTER 11.
AN ACT to provide tor the appointment of two Notaries
Public to reside in Cockeysville in the Eighth Election
District of Baltimore County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Governor of this State be and he is
hereby authorized to appoint, in the manner provided by law

for the appointment of Notaries Public, two Notaries Public :
to reside in Cockeysville in the Eighth Election District of
Baltimore County.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved February 18th, 1892.

CHAPTER 12.
AN ACT to repeal section 95 of article 33 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Elections," sub -title "Con-
tested Elections," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to insert an additional section in said article
33 to follow after section 95, to be known as 95 A, to
further regulate the trial of contested elections in the
Courts of this State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section 95 of article 33, of the Code of Pub-
o
lic General Laws, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, so as to read as follows :
95. Each Judge of the Circuit Court, or the Superior
Court of Baltimore City, may adopt such mode of proceed-
