returned and reported that he was utterly unable to
find any of the absentees.
The House then resumed business.

SECOND ORDER OF THE DAY.
The House considered the second Order of the Day,
being the motion to reconsider the vote by which
House bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 542, of
the Acts of 1890, entitled an Act to change the name
of the Trust, Deposit, Loan, Security, Guarantee and
Insurance Company of Baltimore county, and to de-
clare and enlarge the powers of said corporation, and
also to amend the original Act of incorporation of
company,
Failed for want of a constitutional majority,
It was decided in the negative by yeas and nays, as
