All Fitzgerald submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE or DELEGATES,
March 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We have received your message, requesting the re-
nun of House Bill No. 95, and herewith respectfully
return the same.

Which, was road, assented to, and sent to the Senate.
REPORT OF JOINT CONFERENCE COMMITTEE.
Mr. Fitzgerald (Chairman on the part of the House
of Joint Committee) on disagreeing votes of the two
Houses, on
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 367, of
Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, title "City of
Baltimore," sub title "Harbor, Docks and Wharves,"
and to re enact the same with amendments.
Submitted the following
REPORT:
The report of the Joint Conference Committee, on the
amendments to House Bill No. 36, entitled an Act to
repeal section 367, of Article 4, of the Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Harbor,
Docks and Wharves," and to re enact the same with
amendments, respectfully recommend,
1st. That the Senate recede from the amendment
striking out all after the word "city," in line 7, sec
tion 1, and striking out in lire 8, of section 1, the fol-
lowing words: "The public wharves in said city."
2nd. And to adopt as amendment to said bill, after
the words "public wharves," in line 8, section 1, the
following: "Other than wharves belonging to or
rented by the State, and that part of Pratt street
wharf reserved for the use of the State.
