We respectfully request the return to the Senate oi
House bill No 257, entitled an Act to repeal sections
305, 300, 307, 308 and 309 of the Public Local Laws of
the State of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore,''
sub-title "Fines and Forfeitures," and to re-enact
section 805 with amendments.

We respectfully request the return to the Senate of:
House bill No. 95, entitled an Act to enable the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to accept the
transfer of city six per cent, stock in which the Pea-
body Institute Fund is now invested, and to issue
other stock to an amount not exceeding five hundred
thousand dollars to said Fund.
