Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 15, of
the Declaration of Rights of the State of Maryland.
Wliich was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Amendments to the Constitution.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Charles county, in their discretion,
to pay Joseph N. Hay den a certain sum of money on
account of taxes paid in error.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to punish misconduct at
primary elections in Montgomery county.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Montgomery County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Anne Arundel County" sub-title "Fish, Crabs and
Terrapins," to follow immediately after section 159,
and to be designated as section 159 A.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Anne Arundel County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 18, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of the State, title
"Queen Anne's County," by adding a new sub-title
thereto, "Queenstovvn," and certain additional sec-
tions thereto, under said sub-title, to follow section
218, and to be known as "218 A, 218 B, 218 C, 218 D,
218 E, 218 F, 218 G," providing for the incorporation
of "Queenstown."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Queen Anne's County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 55 to 89,
both inclusive, of Article 56, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Licenses, ' sub-title "Spirituous
or Fermented Liquors by Retailers. Ordinary Keepers,
