Mr. Collins submitted the following message :
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
the amendment excepting Kent county from the pro-
visions of House bill entitled an Act to provide for
destruction of fruit trees infected with the "Yellows,"
we respectfully request your Honorable Body to re-
cede from said amendment and herewith return said
bill.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the
Senate.
Mr. Combs submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 29th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
amendment proposed by the Senate to the House bill
entitled an Act to regulate the compensation of jurors,
bailiffs, cryers and messengers to the Circuit Court
for St. Mary's county, we respectfully request your
Honorable Body to recede from said amendment, and
herewith return said bill.

The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
House bill entitled an Act to add additional
sections to Article 56, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title "Penalties," to be
designated as "Sections 89 B, and 89 G," relating to
obtaining liquors by minors and giving liquors to
minors.
