"Charles County," sub title "Almshouse," and re-
enact the same with amendments, to regulate the ap-
pointment of Trustees of the Poor in said county.

ber and teimy of the County Commissioners of Wash-
ington county.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Harford county to levy annually a
sum of money for the relief of Adelia A. Crawley, of
said county.

House bill entitled an Act to add two new sections
to Article 5, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Calvert County," under the sub-title "County Com-
missioners," regulating the term of office of the said
commissioners, to be designated '"Sections 46 A and
46 B."

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 93, of
Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Testamentary Law," sub title "Register of Wills,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact
with amendments section 2, of Act passed at the ses-
sion of 1890, chapter 202, entitled an Act to appro-
priate a sum of money to pay for land that may be
required for the extension of the Maryland Peniten-
tiary and for the erection of necessary buildings
thereon.
