The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message :
BY THE SENATE,
March 25th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
We have received your message informing the Sen-
ate that your Honorable Body declines to concur in
the Senate's amendment to the House bill entitled
"An Act to provide for the general valuation and
assessment of property in this State."
We respectfully inform you that the Senate ad-
heres to its amendment, and proposes, with your con-
currence, the appointment of a Joint Committee of
Conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses
on said bill.
We have named on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Hayes, Smith, Brown, Wootton and Waters.
