House bill entitled an Act to enable and authorize
the County Commissioners of Talbot county to sub-
scribe to the capital stock of the Easton, Trappe and
Cambridge Railrod Company.

and to extend and enlarge the privileges and powers of

Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws, &c.
