House bill entit'ed an Act to repeal section 41, of
Article 39, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Fish and Fisheries," sub-title "Potomac," in
so far as the same relates to black bass, and to re-
enact the same, and to add thereto four additional sec-
tions after section 46 of said?Article, to more fully pro-
tect fresh water black bass.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows :
