Also, in section 20 G, line 177, after the word "In-
spectors," add the words "by and with the consent of
the Senate."
Also, after the word "Cambridge," section 20 G, line
181, add "one to Wicomico county and one for Som-
erset county, outside of Crisfield district."
Which were severally read and non-concurred in.
Also,
Joint Resolution authorizing the Comptroller of the
Treasury Department to strike from the books of his
office certain old and worthless accounts, and to dis-
continue the publication of the same in the annual re-
port of the Comptroller of the Treasury.
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 284 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at its January Session of 1872, entitled an Act to in-
corporate the Baltimore, Hampden and Lake Roland
Railroad Company.
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays."
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 138, of chapter 538, Acts of
1890, title "Elections."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Elections.
Mr. Thompson submitted the following message :
BY THE BOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 28th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
amendments proposed by the Senate to House bill
entitled an Act to repeal sections 2, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 16, 17, 20, 20 A. 21, 28, 33 and 34 of Article 72, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Oysters,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add
certain new sections to said Article to follow in proper
order the respective sections in order of precedence,
