Mr. Hill moved to reconsider the vote by which
said bill passed, and to lay that motion on the table,
Which motion prevailed.
On motion of Mr, Garrott,
House bill entitled an Act 10 provide for the pay-
ment by the State for certain debts contracted by the
Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Company during 1887,
1888, 1889 and 1890, for labor and raw material and
for the assignment of the same to the State,
Being on its third reading, was on motion, made the
Order of the Day for Wednesday the 30th inst., at
8.30 o'clock P. M.
Senate bill entitled an Act to require the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Allegany county to re-record cer-
tain portions of the Land Records of said county.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
