Mr Ellegood presented a petition from M. M. Hill,
A. D. Davis and 73 others, to prohibit the sale of
liquor in School District No. 1, Election District
No. 9, of Wicomico county.

On motion of Mr. Frincke, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Joyce be excused from attend-
ing to-day's session.
On motion of Mr, Hill, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Perrie be excused from attend-
ance on to-day's session.
On motion of Mr. Grove, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Beeks be excused from last
night's and to-day's session, on account of sickness.
