PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.
Mr Ellegood presented a petition from M. M. Hill,
A. D. Davis and 73 others, to prohibit the sale of
liquor in School District No. 1, Election District
No. 9, of Wicomico county.
Which was read, and referred to the Wicomico
Delegation.
ORDERS.
On motion of Mr. Frincke, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Joyce be excused from attend-
ing to-day's session.
On motion of Mr, Hill, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Perrie be excused from attend-
ance on to-day's session.
On motion of Mr. Grove, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Beeks be excused from last
night's and to-day's session, on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Sellman, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Berret be excused from attend-
ing to-day's session, on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Bittinger, it was
Ordered, That Mr, Michaels be excused from at-
tendance on to-day's session, on account of sickness,
On motion of Mr. Sams, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Field be excused from to-day's
session, on account of important business.
On motion of Mr. Garner, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Ireland be excused from attend-
ance at last night's session, on account of sickness.
