enact the said Act with amendments, so as to except
Queen Anne's county.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 205, of Article 16, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery," sub-
title "Trustee."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 100, 101
and 103, of Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Fraud," sub-
title "Fruit and Vegetable Packing."
Severally endorsed: "Read the third time, and
passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to carry into effect sec-
tion 1, of Article 7, of the Constitution of this State,
so far as the same relates to Baltimore county, and to
repeal section 31, of Article 3, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-title
"County Commissioners," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by
yeas and nays, with proposed amendments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Strike out all of section 31, and insert in lieu there-
of the following:
"Sec. 31. There shall be three County Commission-
ers for Baltimore county, who shall hold office for the
term of six years, except as hereinafter provided ;
and of the three County Commissioners elected to
office in the year 1891, one, to wit, James Rittenhouse,
shall hold office for the term of six years; and two, to
wit, Robert Magruder and August Weis, shall each
hold office for the term of four years, and at the gen-
eral election to be held next preceding the end of the
term of said two last mentioned Commissioners there
shall be elected two County Commissioners, one to
hold office for the term of four years and one for the
term of six years, and thereafter there shall be elected
