LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Sams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judici-
ary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact section 42, of Article 21, of the Code of Public
General Laws, entitled ''Conveyancing," sub-title
"Bills of Sale."
On motion of Mr. Orrick,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments section 3, of chapter 597,
passed at January Session, 1890, entitled an Act to
confer additional jurisdiction upon Justices of the
Peace of Baltimore county.
On motion of Mr. Donaldson,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill to entitled an Act to pay the
claims of Wesley Disney, William S. Disney, Wm.
King, of Anne Arundel county, for unpaid bounty
due them by reason of having been drafted into the
service of the United States, as provided by heretofore
existing laws.
On motion of Mr. Carter,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend Article
23, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Cor-
poratiohs," by inserting after section 167 an addi-
tional section to be designated "367 A," providing
for the service of notice in condemnation proceedings
and other practice therein.
On motion of Mr. Bowie, of Baltimore citv,
Leave was granted to a Special Committee, consist-
ing of Messrs. Bowie, Sanders and Brennan. to intro-
duce a bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-
enact section 225, of Article 4, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Courts, Criers Bailiffs and Stenographers."
