Chapter 199. An Act to add a section to Article 1,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany
County," sub-title "County Tax Collector."
Chapter 201. An Act to add additional sections to
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Frederick County,'' sub-title "Liquors and Intoxi-
cating Drinks," to follow section 311, and to be known
as "Sections 811 A, 311 B, 311 C, 311 D, 311 E, 311 F,
311 G and 311 H," relating to the sale of spirituous
and fermented liquors and lager beer in Frederick
county.
Chapter 202. An Act to regulate fishing with hook
and line in the waters of Back river, Seneca creek and
Middle river, in Baltimore county.
Chapter 205. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments new section 131, of Article 38, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections," as
enacted by Act of 1890, chapter 538.
Also the following, at 3.30 P. M:
Chapter 203. An Act to add a new section to Arti-
cle 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince
George's County," sub-title "Roads," to follow sec-
tion 278, to be designated "278 A," and to repeal and
re-enact section 280 of said Article.
Chapter 204. An Act to repeal section 233, of Arti-
cle 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Rape," and
chapter 410, of the Acts of Assembly of 1890, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
Chapter 207. An Act for the relief of the sureties
upon the official bonds of Stevenson Archer, late
Treasurer of Maryland, and for the settlement of the
litigation on said bonds.
Chapter 208. An Act to add a section to Article 21,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Talbot
County," sub-title "State's Attorney."
Chapter 209. An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments new section 130, of Article 33, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections," as
enacted by the Act of 1890.
