House bill entitled an Act to amend and change the
boundary lines of the ninth and fifteenth wards of the
City of Baltimore, as now defined by an ordinance of
the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section B,
Article 38, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Washington County," sub-title "Birds and Game,"
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to aid, promote and en-
courage manufactories in the town of Easton, Talbot
county, in this State, by excepting them from county
and municipal taxation.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 138, of
Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Somer-
set county, sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicating
Drinks," and re-enact in lieu thereof the following.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 18, of
chapter 334, of the Acts of 1890, entitled an Act to
regulate the sale and the granting of licenses for the
sale of spirituous and fermented liquors in Baltimore
city.
House bill entitled an Act to empower the Board of
School Commissioners of Frederick county to grant
free scholarships to students of Frederick county, to
Normal Schools in said county.
House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Harford County," sub-title "Havre de Grace," re-
lating to excavating for moulding sand or otherwise,
to come in after section 169 and to be called section
169 A, and to repeal all laws and parts of laws incon-
sistent therewith.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Mayor and Common Council of Westminster to
purchase water works for said city.
House bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified
voters of the Fifth Election District of Carroll county,
known as "Freedom District," to determine by ballot
at the next general election whether or not spirituous,
fermented or alcoholic liquors or bitters shall be sold
in said district.
House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Easton, Trappe and Cambridge Railroad Company,
and to extend and enlarge the privileges and powers
