add a new section to said Article to follow immedi-
ately after section 214 A, to be designated as 214 B.
Which was adopted.
Also, favorably from Select Committee, with pro-
posed amendments,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 112 and 113, of Article 2.
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne
Arundel County," sub title "County Commissioners,"
and to add two new sections thereto to follow sections
112 A, and 112 B.
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out section 113. and in section 1 line 1, strike
out the words "and 113" and change the word "sec-
tions" to ''section." In title change "sections" to
"section" and strikeout words "and 113."
Mr. Strong, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably, with proposed amendments,
Senate bill entitled an Act to add two new sections.
to Article 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Kent County," sub title "County Commissioners,'
to follow immediately after section 87, and to be de-
signated as "Section 87 A, and 87 B."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out sections 87 A and 87 B, and insert the
following :
"Section 87 A. The County Commissioners of Kent
County, elected on the first Tuesday after the first
Monday in November, in the year 1891, shall hold
their said offices for a term of four years from the
date of their election and until their successors are
duly elected and qualified.
"Section 87 B. The term of the County Commission-
ers of Kent county shall be four years and until their
successors are duly elected and qualified.''
Which was adopted.
Said bill, as amended, was then read a second time.
