Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 18, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Queen Anne's
County," sub-title "Elections, Primary," by repealing
sections 152 and 153 thereof, and re-enacting the same
with amendments and by redding four additional sec-
tions thereto, to be numbered 133 A, 133 B, 1.33 C and
D 153.

Mr. Donaldson, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 184 F,
184 I, 184 J and 184 O, of Article 2, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-
title "Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," as said sec-
tions appear in chapter 568 of the Acts of 1890, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to borrow
money on the credit of the county for the purpose of
repairing, enlarging and remodeling the court house
of said county, to issue bonds for the payment of the
same and to levy taxes on the assessable property of
the said county to redeem said bonds and to pay the
interest thereon, and to provide for the repairing, en-
larging, remodeling and furnishing said court house.
