Senate bill entitled an Act to add two new sections
to Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Allegany County," sub title "County Commis-
sioners," to follow immediately after section 30, and
to be designated as section 30 A and 30 B.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
says, as follows:
