consideration,
The House, at 3 P. M., took a recess.
HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 23d, 1892.
The following Acts of the General Assembly, origi-
tating in the House of Delegates, were this day, at
9.45 o'clock, A. M., presented to the Governor for his
approval :
Chapter 184. An Art further to amend an Act en-
titled "An Act to incorporate the Baltimore City
Passenger Railway Company,'" and to enable the said
Company to create capital stock representing better-
ments, &c.
Chapter 185. An Act to authorize and empower the
Board of Police Commissioners for Baltimore to pur-
chase or leu se ground in the Twenty-first and Twenty-
second Wards of said city, &c.
Chapter 186. An Act to add a section to Article 4,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Balti-
more," sub-title "Courts," to be known as section 173 A.
Chapter 187. An Act to add three sections to the
Act passed at January Session, 1890, chapter 334,
entitled an Act to regulate the sale and granting of
licenses for the sale of liquors in Baltimore county.
Chapter 188. An Act to amend Article 23, of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Corpora-
tions," sub-title "Turnpike, Plank Road and Pas-
jenger Railway Companies," by adding a new sec-
lion, known as "236 A."
Chapter 190. An Act to add two new sections to
Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Cecil County," sub title "County Commissioners,"
to follow after section 106, to be known as "Sections
106 A and 106 B."
Chapter 191. An Act to repeal sect'on 153, of Arti-
cle 17, of the Public Local Laws, title "Prince
George's County," sub-title "Hyattsville," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
Chapter 192. An Act to refund to William A. Lyon,
Collector of Taxes in the seventh election district of
St. Mary's county, money erroneously paid by him
into the State Treasury.
