city as laid out, shall constitute the fifteenth assess-
ment district of said city; the sixteenth ward of said
city as laid out, shall constitute the sixteenth assess-
ment district of said city; the seventeenth ward of said
city as laid out, shall constitute the seventeenth assess-
ment district of said city; the eighteenth ward of said
city as laid out, shall constitute the eighteenth assess-
ment district of said city; the nineteenth ward of
said city as laid out, shall constitute the nineteenth
assessment district of said city; the twentieth ward
of said city as laid out, shall constitute the twentieth
assessment district of said city ; the twenty-first ward
of said city as laid out, shall constitute the twenty-
first asssessment district of said city ; and the twenty-
second ward as laid out, shall constitute the twenty-
second assessment district of said city. Baltimore
county shall be divided into thirteen assessment dis-
tricts, and each of the thirteen election districts as
now laid out, shall constitute an assessment district.
Calvert county shall constitute one assessment dis-
trict. Caroline county shall constitute one assessment
district, for which there shall be appointed three
assessors at large. Carroll county shall be divided
into four assessment districts ; the first shall be com-
posed of the first, second, tenth and twelfth districts of
said county ; the second shall be composed of the
third, seventh and eleventh districts of said county;
the third stall be composed of the fourth, sixth and
eighth districts of said county, and the fourth shall
be composed oi the fifth, ninth and thirteenth districts
of said county. Cecil county shall constitute one
assessment district, for which there shall be appointed
two assessors at large, and also one assessor for each
election district in said county, respectively, each of
which said district assessors, but only for the district
in which he shall be appointsd, shall join and act
with the said two assessors at large in said county in
assessing all the property herein required to be as-
sessed, in the election district only for which he shall
be so appointed. Charles county shall be divided into
four districts; number one, first collection district;
number two, second collection district; number three,
third collection district; number four, fourth collec-
tion district. Dorchester county shall be divided
