Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 17, of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed
at the January Session, 1892, entitled an Act to add
two additional sections to Article 27, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments,"
sub-title "Railroad Obstructing," to follow section
231, and to be known as "Sections 231 A, and 231 B."
Which was read a first time and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 64, of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title "Revenue and Taxes."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Crimes and Punishments," to be en-
titled an Act providing for the safety of persons
traveling on railroads, requiring railroads to operate
telegraphs or telephone service along their lines to be
designated "Sections 485, 486 and 487.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the redi-
vision of the seventh ward of Baltimore city into
election precincts.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Elections.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 45, of
Article 9, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Claimants of Property" and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
