voters of the Fifth Election District of Carroll county,
known as "Freedom District," to determine by ballot
at the next general election whether or not spirituous,
fermented or alcoholic liquors or bisters shall be sold
in said election district.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 31, Arti-
cle 22, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Wash-
ington County," sub-title "Birds and Game," and to

book-making, or betting in Prince George's and Mont-

third sections of the article of incorporation of "The
Hillsborough Methodist Episcopal Church, South,"
