granting of licenses for the sale of spirituous or fer-
mented liquors or lager beer at any place within two
miles, in every district, from the town of Brunswick,
in Frederick county, Md.
On motion of Mr. Joyce,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend
chapter 542, of the Acts of 1890, entitled an Act to
change the name of the Trust, Deposit, Loan, Security,
Guarantee and Insurance Company of Baltimore
county, to the Baltimore County Trust Company, and
to enlarge the powers of said corporation.
On motion of Mr. Wilkinson,
Leave was granted to the Worcester County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to enable
Edgar W. McMaster, collector of State and county
taxes for Worcester county, for the years 1886 and
1887, to enforce the payment of the taxes not hereto-
fore collected by him.

Mr. Carter introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
Patapsco Title Company of Baltimore city, Md.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
Mr. Joyce introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 542, of
the Acts of 1890, entitled an Act to change the name
of the Trust, Deposit, Loan, Security, Guarantee and
Insurance Company of Baltimore county, and to de-
clare and enlarge the powers of said company, and to
amend the original Act of incorporation of said com-
pany.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
Mr. Laird introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 270, of Article 23, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Corporations,"
sub-title "Religious Corporations."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
