SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the Highlandtown and Point

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said Highlandtown

Point Breeze Railway Company, its successors or assigns,

the bed of said road or way, now called Eastern avenue,

between their tracks, and two feet on either side of the same,

as the County Commissioners of Baltimore County may

direct, and to keep them at all times in good repair.

|
|
SEC. 4. And he it enacted, That should said company, its
|

successors or assigns, after a reasonable notice from said

this act, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction

thereof before a justice of the peace, of Baltimore County

be fined not less than twenty dollars nor more than fifty dol-

lars, for each and every day, until said Highlandtown and
|
|
|
|
Point Breeze Railway Company complies with the provi-
|
|
|
|
sions of this act.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That before the said
|
|
|
|
County Commissioners of Baltimore shall expend any money
|
|
|
|
under the provisions of this bill the property owners on said
|

Eastern avenue, are hereby required to deposit with the
|
deposit
|
|
|
treasurer of Baltimore County "as a special fund, seventy
|
|
|
|
five cents per front foot on all property to be improved on
|
|
|
|
said avenue, for the purpose of kerbing the same and paving
|
|
|
|
a gutter five feet wide.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
|
|
|
|
from the date of its passage.
|
Effective.
