with amendments, and to add three new sections to said


article 2, to follow immediately after section 191, to be


designated as sections 191 A, 191 B, and 191 C.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That sections 191, 192, 194, and 199 of article 2
