CHAPTER 641.


AN ACT to add a new section, empowering the Board of


Liquor License Commissioners of Baltimore City, to sum-


mon witnesses, compel their attendance, and admiuster


oaths to article four of the Code of Public Local Laws,


title "City of Baltimore," sub-title " Liquor and Intoxi-


cating Drinks," to come in after section 653 F of said


article and to be designated as section 633 U.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

New

Maryland, That the following new section be added to the

section.

Code of Public Local Laws, article 4, ittle " City of Balti-


more," sub-title " Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," to be


designated as section 653 U, to come in after section T, and


to read as follows :


653 U. For the purpose of all hearings and inquiries
