CHAPTER 622.


AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay George M.


Pearce of Carroll County, George W. Truitt of Worcester


County, George Gover Street of Harford County for


services rendered as sergeant-at-arms, doorkeeper, clerk


to committee on claims, and William Michelmann and


John M. Laudeman of Baltimore City for services rendered.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he


is hereby authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon

for services rendered the House of Delegates as sergeant-at-

arms from January 6th, 1892, to the 13th inclusive, as per


order of the House passed January bth, 1892, the sum of


seventy dollars, deing eight days' per diem and mileage, and


to pay to George W. Truitt of Worcester County, for services


rendered the House of Delegates as assistant doorkeeper


from January 6th, 1892, the sum of one hundred and thirty-


four dollars, being eight days' per diem and mileage, and to


pay George Gover Street of Harford County for services


rendered as clerk to committee on claims the sum of one


hundred and twenty-seven dollars, being twenty days'


per diem and mileage, and to pay to William Michelmann


for services rendered the House of Delegates, one hundred


dollars, being seventeen days' per diem and mileage, and to


pay to John M. Laudeman for services rendered the House


of Delegates the sum of fifty dollars, being seven days' per


diem and mileage.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

Effective.

from the date of its passage.
