CHAPTER 611.


AN ACT to refund to John H. Miles late collector of State


taxes for the third collection district of Somerset County,


certain moneys paid by him into the treasury of the State.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect


from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to add an additional section to article 23 of the


Code of public General Laws, title "Corporations," sub-


title "Insurance Department," to come in after section


121 and to be known as 121 A, providing for the employ-


ment by the insurance commissioner or counsel for said


department.




SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
